Given,

a+b+c=50

and

a+b+c+x+y+z=190 \Rightarrow x+y+z=140

Also, let

E_1=k \Rightarrow E_2=2k

and

E_3=3k

E_1+ E_2 + E_3= 6k=190+50=240 \Rightarrow k=40

Option A, the number of students choosing

or both, but not

E_3 = \text{total} - E_3 = 190-120 = 70
