Eligibility

Nationality: A candidate must be a citizen of India

Age Limit: The age of candidate must not be less than 21 years and must not exceed 30 years

Educational Qualification: A candidate must hold a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a recognized university or institute.

AAO (GENERALIST) “Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution
AAO (IT) Graduation degree in Engineering in Computer Science, IT or Electronics, or an MCA, or an MSC(Computer Science) from a recognized Indian University/Institution
AAO (CA) Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidate should have passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and completion of Articles as presented by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India
AAO (ACTUARIAL) Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution and Candidates should have compulsorily passed paper CT1 and CT5 plus 4 or more other papers of the examination conducted by the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK. (Total 6 or more papers) as on the date of eligibility i.e. 1st March, 2019
AAO (RAJBHASHA) : Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Hindi/Hindi translation with English as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s Degree level
OR
Post Graduate Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as one of the subjects at Bachelor’s degree level
OR
Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Sanskrit with English and Hindi as subjects at Bachelor’s degree level

Preparation Tips

LIC AAO Preparation Plan: LIC AAO Exam is approaching. Life Insurance Corporation Assistant Administrative Officer (LIC AAO) exam have three stages: Prelims, Mains and Interview. LIC AAO Prelims will be conducted in the first week of May. The LIC AAO Mains is scheduled in the last week of June. Candidates who are preparing for this exam must boost their LIC AAO preparation and brush up whatever you have studied till now. Those who have not started yet must get serious and start their LIC AAO preparation as soon as possible.

Before starting your LIC AAO preparation, you need to find out how much time it will take to complete the whole syllabus. Everyone has their own speed of learning and every person spends a particular amount of time daily on studying. You need to figure it out how much is yours and then calculate how many days it will take to complete the whole syllabus. Make sure that you leave 5-10 days for the revision before the exam. If you are not able to finish it within the time frame then it’s obvious that you have to spend a few extra hours every day to finish the syllabus on time.
