In India, Cardamom Hills are regarded as a continuation of Western Ghats. It is a mountain range of western ghats located in Idukki district of Kerala. The Western Ghats and Periyar sub-cluster including the cardamon Hills are UNESCO world heritage site. This region produces tea, coffee, teak and bamboo.
