Somnath Lahiri warned his colleagues that the Constitution Assembly was British made and was "working the British Plan as the British should like it to be worked out." Somnath Lahiri was the Indian stateman, a writer and a leader of Communist Party of India. He was a member of Constituent Assembly of India from Bengal.
