(d) Gandhian Plan was put forward by Shriman Narayan Aggarwal in 1944, who was the Principal of Wardha Commercial College. It was a modest kind of plan. It emphasised the importance of agriculture and village industries,especially small-scale textile and cottage industries in the process of economic development.
