(a) Prime Minister, Dr. Manmohan Singh, inaugurated a call centre ‘Udyami Helpline’ in January 2013.It gives details about the business possibilities and loan facilities to the entrepreneurs keen on setting up small and medium units. The Call Centre satisfies the long felt need of a single point facility for MSMEs for a wide spectrum information and accessibility of banks and other MSME-related organisations.
