Peptide containing more than 100 amino acids are called polypeptide. Polypeptide are formed by the linear sequences of amino acids. Some proteins are composed of two or more polypeptide chains. Longer polymers are called polypeptide. It containing more than 100 amino acids having molecular mass higher than or >10,000u are generally called proteins.
