William Nordhaus (US) and Paul Romer (US) have been awarded with the 2018 Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel. They have been awarded "for integrating climate change into long-run macroeconomic analysis" and "for integrating technological innovations into long-run macroeconomic analysis" respectively.
