(i) The engine failure case for determining the basic runway length may require either clearway or a stop-way or both. (ii) If the aircraft is crossing the runway capacity threshold with the smaller speed, lesser speed, then it will be touching down a little earlier or may touchdown at a pre-specified point, but then it will be coming towards the exit taxiway location with smaller speed and therefore, there is more of occupancy time in this case. (iii)Forrun way geometric design ICAO gives various geometric standards for the airport design such as: Runway width, Runway length, Width &length of safety area of airport, transverse gradients, longitudinal & effective gradient and sight distance. (iv)The Armed Services have developed definitive designs for hangar facilities to housing servicing and maintain their aircraft. Hence option(a) is correct.
