(1) Female frog produces lots ofeggs and delivers them on the shallowside of the pond over which themale frog delivers its sperms. Thiscluster of eggs and sperms gets enclosedin a jelly like mass and fertilisationtakes place externally. In rest of the animals (hen, sheep andrat), fertilisation is internal.
