Raja Parba is a unique festival celebrated in Odisha. It is celebrated during the onset of monsoon and the Earth's womanhood. It is a three-day festival. During which it is believed that Mother Earth menstruates and prepares herself for future agricultural activities with the arrival of monsoon. Nuakhai is also a harvest festival celebrated in Odisha.
