(2) The office of Governor of a state is held during the pleasure of the President. The 5 year term of the Governor is subject to the pleasure of the President. The President may transfer a Governor appointed for one state to another state for the rest of his term. Further, after completion of the term he can be re-appointed in the same or any other state.
