(4) Cut motions is related with the Union Budget. A motion that seeks reduction in the amount of a demand presented by the government is known as a cut motion. It is a part of the Budgetary process which seeks to reduce the amounts for grants. There are three types of Cut Motion:(a) Disapproval of Policy Cut(b) Economy Cut (c) Token Cut
