(3) NEFT operates on a DeferredNet Settlement (DNS)basis which settles transactionsin batches. In DNS, thesettlement takes place withall transactions received tillthe particular cut-off time. InRTGS, the transactions aresettled individually and continuouslythroughout thebusiness hours.
