Read the following paragraph and answer the question which follows : Bookings for the dream project of Ashiana builders’ new building are underway. The building for which construction is due to start next month has flats costing a minimum of Rs. 80 lakhs. Bank B offers 100% loan scheme in which Rs. 15 lakhs is provided by the bank at the start of construction, Rs. 25 lakhs after one year of the start of construction work and Rs. 10 lakhs every subsequent year till the completion of the project.
