The MoU was signed on 9 December 2019 between the Department of Education and the Piramal Foundation to develop the Jhunjhunu district as an 'Innovation Hub for Excellence in School Education'.
In addition to the above MoU, the report related to reducing the burden of children School Bag was also released by Piramal Foundation on December 9,2019.
It is noteworthy that the state government has set Jhunjhunu as a model to make the district ready for 'Programme for International Student Assessment' in India.
