Rajasthan government constituted an executive committee of the Chief Minister Advisory Council in 2014 with nominating Arvind Pangaria as its chairman.
Additional Chief Secretary in the Infrastructure department and Principal Secretary Finance and Secretary of Planning Department were also made its member secretary.
The Chief Minister Advisory Council's sub-groups were also constituted with the participation of senior IAS officers heading different departments.
The primary aim of the chief minister's advisory council is to suggest measures for the sustainable, balanced and overall development of the state.
