Nagaur is a big centre for a range of functional metal crafts. It is the only place in Rajasthan that makes the dyes used for making gold and silver jewellery.These handcrafted dyes are highly evolved and are required to stamp the images of thousands of gods and goddesses of the Hindu faith on pendants of gold,silver, copper and glass.
