Luni River originates from Nag Pahar or Naga hills in Ajmer district of Rajasthan.
Luni originates in the Pushkar valley of the Aravalli Range, near Ajmer and passes through the southeastern portion of the Thar Desert .
It ends in the marshy lands of Rann of Kutch in Gujarat.
Luni River flows through Ajmer, Barmer, Jalore, Jodhpur, Nagaur, Pali, and Sirohi districts of Rajasthan and the Banaskantha and Patan districts of Gujarat.
Sukri, Mithri River, Bandi, Khari, Jawai, Guhiya and Sagi are the left bank tributary of River Luni.
