If any man has sexual relations with his separated wife under a decree or custom, he shall be liable of punishment of minimum 2 years.
If any man has sexual relations with his separated wife under a decree or custom, he shall be liable of punishment of minimum 5 years.
If in the act of rape, the man tries to inflict any kind of injury or murders the wife, he shall be liable for a minimum punishment of 20 years.
If in the act of rape, the man tries to inflict any kind of injury or murders the wife, he shall be liable for a lifetime punishment.
