Does everyone like early rising? The great advantage of this is that one can start one's work long before others. He does a large amount of hard work before other men had got out of bed. The mind remains fresh and no sounds or noises disturb our attention. One takes some time for exercise in the morning air. It supplies him a good deal of energy and enables him to work hard until the evening. It should be one's habit as he is an early riser, he does his work thoroughly. The hard work makes him sound sleep. This habit may be boring but gradually it creates a new zeal, a sound mind and body, will go a long way. Therefore, to be success we need to adopt early rising.
