Spermatogenesis is the process of formation of spermatid(n) from spermatogonia(2n). The process goes as follows:- Spermatogonia(2n)⟶ Primary Spermatocyte(2n)⟶2 Secondary Spermatocyte(n)⟶4 Spermatid(n)⟶4 Sperms(n) So each secondary spermatocyte produces 2 sperms.
