Solution:

Concept:

Use profit/loss percentage formulas to compare the two selling prices.

Explanation:

For Amit: Cost price

= ₹56.25

and profit

= 20\%

Selling price

= \frac{120}{100} \times 56.25 = ₹67.50

For Rita: Cost price

= ₹80.40

and loss

= 5\%

Selling price

= \frac{95}{100} \times 80.40 = ₹76.38

Clearly,

76.38 > 67.50

So, Quantity B is greater than Quantity A.
