Reserve Bank of India has released guidelines for 'Fair Practices Code' for Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs). It is released by RBI under the power conferred to it by SARFAESI act 2020 , these guidelines aim to promote transparent and non-discriminatory acquisition of assets.
