Strengthening Teaching-Learning and Results for States Programme (STARS) has been funded by World Bank and the Government of India to improve the quality and governance of school education in six Indian states. These six states are Himachal Pradesh, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha and Rajasthan.
