The Urban Learning Internship Programme (TULIP) was launched by Ministry of Human Resource Development (Now, Ministry of Education) in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This programme aims to provide internship opportunities to 25,000 fresh graduates in all Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) and Smart Cities across the country.
