The first India- Africa Defense Ministers Conclave, 2020 was organised in Lucknow on 6 th February, 2020. Many delegates from Africa including Defense Ministers from 14 African countries, Member of Parliament as well as 19 Defense and Service Chiefs from 38 African countries participated in this Conclave attesting to the high priority accorded to India-Africa engagement in defense and security.
