(2) The Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant is the first nuclear plant of Iran, located 17 kms South-East of the city of Bushehr. It’s construction started in 1975 but the work was stopped in 1979 after the Islamic Revolution in Iran after that the plant was several times stopped and started. Now finally in September 2011, it started supplying electricity to the national grid.
