Invertase and zymase are enzyme $\mathit{A}$ and enzyme $\mathit{B}$ respectively. Invertase is the enzyme that catalyses the hydrolysis of sucrose with a resulting mixture of fructose and glucose, which is called inverted sugar. It cleaves the $\mathit{O}-\mathit{C}$ bond.

Zymase is an enzyme that catalyses the fermentation of sugar into ethanol and carbon dioxide.
