The difference between birth year of U and M is half of the difference of B and G. P born either in Pune or in Delhi. Neither Kolkata nor Kanpur is the birth city of Q. Either U or P born in Ranchi. Neither Q nor B born in Delhi. P is not older than M. The person who born in Jaipur born after B.
