Azriel has been going through the various report files of the company. After studying the reports, he concludes that the efficiency of the workers has dropped in the last thirteen years. Previously, the workers were given tea breaks twice a day apart from the lunch break. The Manager Head before Azriel had cut down the tea breaks of the workers.
