Find the new winning percentage of B and compare it with the initial winning percentage of A as a percentage increase.

Initial winning percentage of Player B:

\text{B's initial win\%} = \frac{42}{48} \times 100 = 87.5\%

Player B plays 12 more matches and wins all of them.

New matches played by B

= 48 + 12 = 60

New wins of B

= 42 + 12 = 54

\text{B's new win\%} = \frac{54}{60} \times 100 = 90\%

Required percent more than A's initial win%:

\frac{90 - 75}{75} \times 100 = \frac{15}{75} \times 100 = 20\%
