The Battle of Haldighati was fought in the year 1576 AD.
The battle was fought between Rana Pratap Singh, the Hindu Rajput ruler of Mewar in Rajasthan and Raja Man Singh of Amber, the general of the Mughal Emperor Akbar.
At present Haldighati is a tourist spot in Rajasthan.Haldighati is a mountain pass in the Aravalli Range of Rajasthan in western India which connects Rajsamand and Pali districts
