Correct answer - "SNS" : You can use Amazon CloudWatch Events and Amazon SNS to notify you about
changes to Systems Manager Parameters. You can be notified when a parameter is created, updated,
or deleted.
"SQS" - SQS is a messaging queue service but its not used with Parameter store
"SES" - You can use the AWS SMTP interface or one of the AWS SDKs to integrate Amazon SES
