11+4x2\frac{1}{\sqrt{1+4x^2}}
Solution:
Let I=11+4x2dxI=\frac{1}{\sqrt{1+4x^2}}dx =12∫dx14+x2=\frac{1}{2}\int\frac{dx}{\sqrt{\frac{1}{4}+x^2}}
=12∫dx(12)2+x2=\frac{1}{2}\int\frac{dx}{\sqrt{\left(\frac{1}{2}\right)^2+x^2}}
=12log⁡∣x+14+x2∣+C1[∵∫dxx2+a2=log⁡∣x+x2+a2∣+C]=\frac{1}{2}\log\left|x+\sqrt{\frac{1}{4}+x^2}\right|+C_1\left[\because\int\frac{dx}{\sqrt{x^2+a^2}}=\log\left|x+\sqrt{x^2+a^2}\right|+C\right]
=12log⁡∣2x+1+4x22∣+C1=\frac{1}{2}\log\left|\frac{2x+\sqrt{1+4x^2}}{2}\right|+C_1
=12log⁡∣2x+1+4x2∣−12log⁡2+C1=\frac{1}{2}\log\left|2x+\sqrt{1+4x^2}\right|-\frac{1}{2}\log2+C_1
=12log⁡∣2x+1+4x2∣+C=\frac{1}{2}\log\left|2x+\sqrt{1+4x^2}\right|+C [C=−12log⁡2+C1]\left[C=\frac{-1}{2}\log2+C_1\right]
