Here h = 0, k = 2 and r = 2
The equation of circle is, (x–h)2+(y–k)2(x – h)^2 + (y – k)^2 = r2r^2
∴ (x–0)2+(y–2)2(x – 0)^2 + (y – 2)^2 = (2)2(2)^2 ⇒ x2+y2x^2 + y^2 + 4 – 4y = 4
⇒ x2+y2x^2 + y^2 – 4y = 0
