Solution:  
Clockwise moment of force
=12gf×10cm=12 \text{gf} \times 10 \text{cm}
=120gfcm=120 \text{gf} - \text{cm}
Anticlockwise moment of force
=20gf×6cm=20 \text{gf} \times 6 \text{cm}
=120gfcm=120 \text{gf} - \text{cm}
since, the clockwise moment of force is equal to the anticlockwise moment of force, the rod is in equilibrium
Thus, Yes, the rod is in equilibrium.
