Solution:  
Given: l = 11 cm, r = 6.3 cm, π227\pi \approx \frac{22}{7}.
Length of Arc (l) = θ360×2πr\frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}} \times 2 \pi r
11=θ360×2×227×6.311 = \frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}} \times 2 \times \frac{22}{7} \times 6.3
11=θ360×44×0.911 = \frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}} \times 44 \times 0.9
11=θ360×39.611 = \frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}} \times 39.6
1139.6=θ360\frac{11}{39.6} = \frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}}
13.6=θ360\frac{1}{3.6} = \frac{\theta}{360^{\circ}}
θ=3603.6=100\theta = \frac{360}{3.6} = 100^{\circ}
The value of θ is 100100^{\circ}.
