Solution:

Let

I=\int\frac{2-3\sin x}{\cos^2 x}dx

=\int\left(\frac{2}{\cos^2 x}-\frac{3\sin x}{\cos^2 x}\right)dx

=\int\left(2\sec^2 x-3\sec x\tan x\right)dx

=2\tan x-3\sec x+C
