What is the kinetic energy possessed by the body just before hitting the ground?
Take g=10m∕ s2 .

Solution:

∵‌U+K=‌ Constant ‌
∴‌U1+K1=U2+K2
⇒500+0=0+K2
(U2=0,‌ as h ‌=0 for the body just ( before hitting the ground)
∴‌K2=500J
