m_1=40\,\mathrm{kgf}, m_2=30\,\mathrm{kgf}, h_1=

h_2, t_1=4

minutes

=4 \times 60\,\mathrm{sec}., t_2=3

minutes

=3 \times 60\,\mathrm{sec}

Comparing work done by them :

\frac{\text{Work done by a boy}}{\text{Work done by a girl}} = \frac{m_1 g h_1}{m_2 g h_2}

= \frac{m_1}{m_2} = \frac{40}{30}

=4:3
