Identify the polysaccharide among the following:

Polysaccharides are complex carbohydrates made up of long chains (hundreds to thousands) of monosaccharide units joined by glycosidic bonds.
Cellulose: It is a linear polymer of D-glucose units. It is the structural component of the primary cell wall of green plants.
(A) Fructose: This is a Monosaccharide (a simple sugar). It is a ketohexose and cannot be hydrolyzed into smaller carbohydrates.
(B) Maltose: This is a Disaccharide. It consists of two glucose units linked together. It is often called "malt sugar."
(C) Glucose: This is a Monosaccharide. It is the most abundant simple sugar and serves as the primary energy source for cells.
