The poet says, 'Life is what it is about ...' as he advocates and suggests the necessity of quiet introspection but does not advocate total inactivity and death. Total inactivity brings death, while stillness entails rest for a moment so that one can have calm selfrealisation as otherwise the people of the world are overactive and always on the move.
